1. Return Eligibility

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Certain items such as digital products, perishable goods, or items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@barteydigital.site with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization along with return instructions.

  3. Carefully repackage the item, including all original components and documentation.

  4. Ship the item back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipping, and a cancellation may no longer be possible.
